All you need is Cattle Dogs and Love (:

ACDCA 2012 Nationals at Purina Farms in Gray Summit Missouri were the best! Dingo, Sassy, Mick, and I had an absolute blast. We showed, hung out, met new friends and reacquainted with old friends (:
Saturday, October 6, 2012:
Mom and I left for Missouri with Dingo, Sassy, and Mick. We arrived around 6 that night at our hotel and then drove to Purina Farms to meet up with some friends.

Dingo, Sassy, and I showed in below 33 degrees in Agility, Obedience, and Rally.
Dingo showed in Excellent Standard Agility and earned 7 MACH points and a 4th place. He also showed in Excellent JWW but did not qualify. His Open Obedience was awful. It was his first time ever showing in Obedience outside in the grass and we NQ'd every exercise but the Drop on Recall which he got 6 points off.
Sassy did not qualify in Novice Standard Agility but did in Novice JWW and recieved a first place! Her Novice Rally was very slow but she did manage to qualify and earn her Rally Novice title!

Dingo, Mick, and I showed in Conformation Properties class on Monday.
I showed Mick in 6 different classes and his breeder showed him in 1. He did an awesome job! He was such a good boy (: It was even his first show. I was very proud of him, especially since he's just 7months old.
Dingo and I showed in the Ancestry class (Australian Dingo Dog look alike minus color). Dingo took 2nd place. I was very proud of the both of us. It was my first times actually going into a ring and showing like real conformation.
It was fun and I can't wait until I can start showing Mick in Junior showmanship and Conformation.
Monday evening was ACDCA Juniors Conformation and agility "fun match". We all had a good time and I learned a lot in the Conformation "fun match/ seminar" Monday night was the Extreme Juniors Awards Banquet. Dingo and I received 2011 Top Overall Combined Performance Australian Cattle Dog! I am very proud of him. He is such a good dog. He is the best little dog that any body could ever ask for. He will always hold a special spot in my heart <3

I watched Conformation all day and worked the ACDCA Juniors Silent Auction booth with my friend Michael. Tuesday night was soo much fun (: It was Frisbee and Dock dog show and then the Extreme Juniors were able to teach their cattle dog's with the professional trainer...It was lots of fun. Mick LOVED the Frisbee.... It was so much fun. Afterwards was a pizza party. And then was Rescues Parade of titleholders which Dingo, Sassy, and I participated in! The rest of the evening was spent at Calcutta where Michael and I watched herding while laying on a blanket in the grass, freezing! But it was a good time (:

Wednesday was another day filled with Conformation and ACDCA Juniors Silent Auction. I had a good time. It was a day spent with friends just hanging out, being cattle dog people, having fun! Wednesday night the ACDCA Juniors had a Subway party and we were supposed to have a conformation seminar but the lady never showed up. So we all hung out for awhile!

Thursday was a day filled with watching friends at herding. It was very cold, but a lot of fun. Thursday night was Dingo Bingo. It was a crazy night but lots of fun. Although I was very tired!

Friday was the last day spent at the ACDCA Nationals and a really rough day on me. I spent Friday hanging out with friends and watching herding. I was very sad to leave. Dingo, Sassy, Mick, mom, and I packed up on Friday around 2 and headed home.
2012 ACDCA Nationals were the best and I'll never forget them!
