It has been one long weekend. Dingo and I showed in agility again today. We did very well.
Today, we qualified in Excellent B Standard and not Jumpers.
Standard went perfect! Of course since we are competing in Excellent we had a clean run! We didn't have any bobbles either. We even received 9 well earned MACH points!!!!!!!!!!! and an MX leg.... I'm very excited and ambitious to compete more.
Our Jumpers run went really well other than one bobble, which was completely my fault. Why is it always the handler that messes up?! Anyways I did a front cross and when I got turned around there was 2 jumps in my path. I started heading/sending him towards the jump on my right, but then, oops, realized it was the wrong jump! When I shifted my shoulder to turn him out farther to the correct jump, on my left, he flipped around which caused us to get a refusal. Oop, oh well...It was my fault. He could already have his MACH by now, I'm pretty sure, if it wasn't for all of my mistakes!
I can tell me and Dingo are getting a lot more confident now, which is making us quite a bit faster. We are also getting more consistent. I'm excited that I got my first MACH points this weekend!!!!!!
Well, I'm tired and I have school tomorrow. I will actually add the pictures and videos tomorrow or Tuesday. I was planning to today, but things got hectic around here.
