I am officially starting an ab workout program. I want to start working out, getting healthier and more fit (well staying fit and getting better abs!) for when AGILITY season comes around (bet u were thinking I would say swim season, Nawh. My life revolves around my doggys)
I'm excited. Tonight was my first session. It went really well and I really enjoyed it. I feel really good and refreshed. Although a little sweaty :P
Session #1: Beginners Level: 8minutes and 40 seconds of non stop ab workout!
Pretty Proud of my self and hope to keep it up!!!! :)
